Eastbound Q316 has reached the top of Newberg Grade and is starting down the Cheat River Grade on the B&O's famous West End.

Q316 begins its short but steep descent down Cheat River Grade. In a few miles the train will be in Rowlesburg where it will cross the Cheat River and begin climbing the tortuous Cranberry Grade.
